ZIA Belts – Return & Refund Policy

At ZIA Belts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return and refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping address.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


3. Shipping Costs

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
